The University of Padua has been awarded the Institutional Award by the European Commission for its participation in the Erasmus Mundus programme.
‘The Università degli Studi di Padova has been identified as one of the top 10 institutions with the longest and largest participation in this competitive action. For its outstanding contribution to the success of the Erasmus Mundus programme, the European Commission would like to issue an award to your institution at the conference ‘Beyond Borders and Boundaries: 20 years of Erasmus Mundus’, on 27-28 May 2024, in Brussels’
“This prestigious award is the result of the great work and dedication of these years - confirms the Vice-Chancellor for International Relations, Cristina Basso - years in which the University of Padua has established itself more and more at international level and has contributed to creating training, study and research opportunities for a growing number of international students”.
Since 2017, the Department of Physics and Astronomy has also been a partner of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Program in Nuclear Physics - ‘ Nucphys’.
