        Nucphys: application period will open next November 15th

        The application period for the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree Course in Nuclear Physics [NucPhys] will be open next November 15 th, 2021 and will last until January 15th, 2022!

        NucPhys is a 2-years programme in Nuclear Physics (120 ECTS). The programme has started in 2017-2018 as an Erasmus Mundus / Erasmus+ Master Course of the European Union.

        The Master Course is offered by a consortium of partner universities in Spain, France and Italy, with the participation of more than 30 research institutions/companies as associated partners all around the World (Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Romania, Switzerland (CERN), México, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, South-Africa, Morocco, Japan, etc). The master is organized into of three different paths: 1) Experiments at large accelerators, 2) Theoretical nuclear physics, and 3) Applications and small accelerators.

        All students will spend at least one semester in each participant country (Spain, France and Italy), and will benefit of a fully adapted curriculum according to their specialization path. Students who successfully complete the requirements of the programme will be awarded a multiple Master Degree by the Consortium universities where they accomplished the various parts of their Master studies (“laurea magistrale” from the Univ. of Padua).

        In addition they will receive a Diploma Supplement stating that it is a joint Erasmus Mundus Master Degree.
